not sure if it would be a good Idea or not. The CBS.log file is located in the %windir%\Logs\CBS folder. I have posted the last several lines as they are representative of the entire log with the exception of the last few lines that mention an actual repair. Tip If you get the Windows Resource Protection Could Not Start the Repair Service error when trying to run SFC, then make sure that the Windows Modules Installer service is enabled, Sfc Scannow Log File Location Looking at the log is not helping.
