I tried Acronis and it sees myexternal drive andbacks upmuch faster. Then go back to the Windows Recovery environment where it should be found with no issue.I hope this helps someone! When I restarted the computer, a message appeared saying "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD". When the computer restarts it boots in recovery mode or whatever you call it and it is there I am able to restore the image....and you should too!!
