I work in IT and it's just par for the course that MS could not be bothered to ensure that the roll back to W7 would work properly. Whilst the procedure seems daunting at first it worked for me and my tasks are all restored. I think there is something flaky in my OS C: SSD drive. Anyway, good luck with it. But if you remain doubtful (and I'd certain understandwhy you might) you can test by right-clicking any of them and selecting "Run" from the dropdown menu. Also, make sure that the Task Scheduler service is actually running- Are the listed tasks showing evidence that they ran?
