This got resolved in the August 11th cumulative update. I did the restore because my first indication of an issue was OneCare would not start. Thanks!
You should be all good to go from here on out! My problem was that I had a NAS box set up on my local network, and 3 drives mounted and mapped the the Windows machine. yeah, ok... Windows 10 No Password Box I've have done pram and smc reset.

However to resolve this, when my computer initially loads I'm given a splash screen that tells me what F key to press to get to my boot menu. Pressing shift button and restart took me to the screen where it gave you the option to choose the "Troubleshoot". I installed the logoncontroller patchv2 but it didn't get rid of it, which I assume it's supposed to right?
