Taskmgr, Procexp, and Resmon (part of Perfmon.exe) are all resource heavy, because of the processing they need to do to look at what is happening at the core of your system. The exe file is here in System32, unchanged for years, but simply crashes. I have tried the SFC scan now command to check integrity. All is working. my review here

If it crashes in advanced mode then when i open it again it'll be in the simple, smaller mode, but nonetheless, it will crash anyway. When they are not in use, they are suspended, it is a normal behaviour.
